Opportunities for new graduates in diverse fields

The job market looks promising for graduates and undergraduates, and there should be a steady increase in job opportunities in the coming years.
The last deceleration in the job market happened after 9/11, but both college recruitment and the job market are now starting to gradually increase.
There are plenty of job opportunities for all majors. Just because certain companies do not participate in job fairs does not mean they might not be hiring. College recruitment takes a lot of funding, which is why small and mid-sized companies do not often frequent college campuses.
Tim Luzader, director of the Center for Career Opportunities, said the idea of science and technical jobs dominating the market is a misnomer, and the reality is that graduates of all majors have equal opportunity to find job placement.
Omar Khayum, senior in the School of Science , has been interviewing for jobs since September and has accepted an offer from a consulting company in Chicago . He said his experience with the job search has been "very time demanding, but you get out of it what you put into it." Khayum also said he has been interviewing in many fields, giving him the opportunity to explore other options.
Even with assistance from employment professionals, it can take as long as 3-4 months to obtain a job offer. Find a job in time for graduation. Order the Self Directed Gold Job Search Program now and get started on your job search.
